What the site visit is for.

Mostly the floor. A 400-litre tank with cabinet and substrate lands around 550 kilos over less than a square metre, and older buildings in the centre were not drawn with that in mind.

After that: the socket, the light from the window, how the door opens, and whether the tank you want will still fit through it.
